1. Our written translation is divided into three quality levels: “translation for understanding”, “translation for business” and “translation for publication and distribution”. Customers can select corresponding quality level based on their practical demands.
2. Our quote covers the cost for translators and revisers, all these translators and revisers come from China. We also have some foreign translators and revisers. If you want to appoint foreign translators and revisers for your works, you need to pay some proportional charges on original prices.
3. Character count: characters will be counted with the “number of characters(not including blank character)” in “word count” under the menu “Tools” in Microsoft Word. Words in pictures will be counted additionally. Documents of foreign languages will be counted characters with foreign words × (1.6~ 2.0) and the charges of these documents will be collected on Chinese words finally.
4. A 15-30% of emergency fees will be collected for urgent documents.
5. We will pick up and deliver documents free of charge for customers in Hangzhou City and freely mail documents to customers out-of-Hangzhou with SF Express. Moreover, we will offer customers both paper and electronic translated without charges.
1. Our normal working time is 8 hours/day and overtime charges will be collected based on certain standards for every hour beyond normal working hours.
2. Customers shall pay translators traffic and board and lodging expenses for business trip outside Hangzhou.
3. The minimum charge time for interpretation is half of a day.
Our quote is a price including tax, and we will provide you formal invoice regardless of the amount. (Invoice for enterprises abroad is unavailable yet)
