在政府工作报告中，因为历史文化信息、政治经济体制和社会意识形态与英语国家存在极大的差异，有些词原本大多数无对应的英语表达，因此我们要特别留意这些词该如何翻译。

　　1.“双随机，一公开”

　　释义：随机抽取检查人员和检查对象、及时公开查处结果

　　4. “四风”
